My name is Christine Dixon. I am the Zumba, Zumba Toning, STRONG Nation, Zumba Gold, and Kickboxing Instructor! I'm also the Group Fit Coordinator! I'm your typical jack of all trades in the fitness world. I have been with GRFC since 2010. 11 years in this industry and solely with GRFC! Unlike most instructors I've had big fluctuations with weight. However, through instructing and taking our classes I've been able to lose the weight and hit goals every time I set out to do so. Our classes are top notch! 2020 was a rough year but I took the blessing in disguise to relax and leave the gym setting to get some R&R. In doing so I realized more than ever that the GRFC is home to me! I have missed it and am ready to get back at it for another 11 years! Right now I teach Zumba on Mondays nights at 5:30pm and STRONG Nation on wednesday nights at 5:30pm as well! The more participation we have the more classes will become available. My job is to create a fun space and give you all my great energy! Good vibes only in fitness is my mantra!! You will find you work harder the more fun you have. We have a few exciting things coming up in all areas of the gym within the next couple of months and on the group fitness side of the gym as well. Be ready for an INCREDIBLE 2021 because we're bringing it this year!! Always bring a mat, a towel (for that glow you'll get), and water!! See you in class!!!!

We are well into the 2019 offer season and more recruits picked up OSU offers in the last week. You can check out previous installments of offer updates here. Lets get to these new offers!Class of 2020 Noah Sewell, LinebackerThe OSU staff gets this offer out to Noah Sewell from Orem Edward Warinner Jersey, Utah. Sewell is a highly sought-after recruit in 2020 with offers from Alabama, Oregon and Texas AM among others. 247sports has him listed as a four-star recruit ranked 177th in the nation. This is another recruit that OSU isn't very likely to land. As you can see, 247 thinks that the 6-foot linebacker is a lock to commit to Oregon. Sewell uses a combination of speed and strength to excel at getting in to the backfield and making tackles. Orem is a powerhouse in Utah and played a schedule that included west coast powerhouse Bishop Gorman last season. You can see his impressive array of skills in his hudl highlights below, some coming against nationally ranked teams.Loic Fouonji, Wide ReceiverLets just say I'm glad that I'm in writing and not broadcast because that is quite the name and I don't have a single clue how to pronounce it. Fouonji is 6-4 out of Midland, Texas, with offers from Arkansas, Colorado and Texas AM.Fouonji is a multi-sport athlete who also plays basketball at Midland Lee. If coach Boynton decides to cut a large number of guys from the team in the middle season again, he'll know who to call. The 186-pound receiver has some impressive basketball highlights. As for football, Fouonji is often taller than the defensive back that he goes up against and uses his height to his advantage https://www.mwoutletshop.com/Will_Rolapp_Jersey-107. He also possesses speed to be able to get behind the secondary for long touchdown catches. To top it off, he kicked and punted for the Rebels as well and was pretty good at it.Itayvion Brown, LinebackerThe offer list for 6-3 athlete Itayvion Brown is growing. The Pokes throw their name in the ring with the likes of Missouri, LSU and Michigan State. Brown plays both wide receiver and linebacker for Lutheran North HS in St Louis, Missouri.Rated a three-star by the 247sports composite, Brown possesses unique size to allow him to play both linebacker and wide receiver. His leaping ability makes him a prime target as a receiver and he is a sure tackler on defense as well.Class of 2021 Preston Stone, QuarterbackWe'll kick off 2021 with one of the most highly recruited prospects in the nation https://www.mwoutletshop.com/Custom_Jersey-121. The Parish Episcopal quarterback has 40 offers by my count from everywhere from Western Illinois to Alabama. Rankings will continually go up as these guys get older and Stone's 247 ranking exemplifies that more than anything. They have him as a four-star recruit but also ranked as a top-10 recruit in the nation.Do yourself a favor and watch these hudl highlights. Stone's offensive line oftentimes didn't do him many favors but he scrambled and found a way to throw dimes 50 yards down the field on the run with a defender in his face. It's easy to see why Stone will have his pick of just about any school in the nation.Hayden Conner, Offensive TackleAnother day, another 2021 offensive line offer and another offer out to the Houston area. Conner comes from Taylor High School in Katy, Texas, as a four-star recruit ranked 27th in the nation. At nearly 6-6 and 300 pounds, Conner is an absolute unit who, like Preston Stone, should have his choice of any school he wants to attend come his senior year. There isn't much to to say about his play style so I'll let the tape speak for itself.Tunmise Adeleye, Defensive EndBack to Katy ISD! Adeleye hails from Tompkins High School, who are coming off its best season in school history. The 6-3 defensive end could wind up being very important for the Pokes. There are a group of guys throughout Texas who wouldn't mind playing together at the next level and Adeleye is part of that group along with Prince Dorbah, Alec Bryant and Landyn Watson. Obviously there is no guarantee that any of those guys wind up going to the same school but there are a number of guys throughout the state who talk frequently about playing college ball together. It would go a long way in the recruitment of a number of top prospects in Texas if OSU could haul in just one of those guys.Adeleye's hudl highlights are absurd and show why he has offers from everywhere. He has the strength to overpower opposing offensive lineman and the speed to run down quarterbacks on the scramble. Recruiting Texas well is always paramount to recruiting success for OSU but maybe never more so than in 2021. It is the most talented class top-to-bottom that the state has seen in years with dozens of already highly recruited prospects. The commitment of Katy HS product Deondrick Glass could play a roll in future success in the area with plenty of talent in Katy ISD and the surrounding area.
